The Constitution can be a bitch sometimes, but it is what it is until such time as it's amended. A putative president would not need to be impeached by Congress for removal from office.

Obama is not a putative President. He is, like it or not, President of the United States, and will remain so until such time as the House of Representatives brings charges against his eligibility in the form of Articles of Impeachment and the Senate agrees with those charges and removes him from office.
