Any constitutional issues are out of my hands. They were only in my hands during the election, where I could choose whether or not to vote for Obama.

The election's over. Obama received the requisite number of electoral votes and was sworn into office. Any constitutional issues are now in the hands of Congress which is the only body which can remove him from office during his term.
