I am the person who created the hoax Kenyan birth certificate and will be happy to answer any questions about it. Earlier I provided the original, uncompressed TIF file from the camera to someone who told me of this thread. I imagine they will arrange to have it made available to the public.

I hope this will finally put an end to any speculation that the certificate was anything other than a prank.
