I’m just resting up and waiting for the next onslaught of rabid birthers. I can hear them. They are just over the hill..their bonfires burning....the warpaint....their wild whoops and howls.....
The tom toms are beating now. Driving them into a frenzy. Some want to wipe the war paint from their faces and run back to the safety of the villages. The other Birthers won’t let them. The war chiefs are busy plotting the next attack. “He got us on the Wong stuff” they say. “Yeah, and he nailed us on the name calling” another one chips in. “He is in so many places at one time” says the female chief.
“He is invincible, and strong like the bull” says one. “And fleet of mind as the antelope” another one lauds. “He is a mighty warrior and much honor will be upon our tribes if we can but bring him down.” says the Chief of Chiefs.
And so it goes on into the night.
