Leo has since removed his correspondence with Okubo from his website. But I believe he (or TerriK) made a specific request for index data regarding any amended vital records for Barack Hussein Obama or Barry Soetoro and Okubo responded that there were no vital records in the Birth Index that met that requirement.

You may recall that I also posted on Leo's blog and I was one of those that he repeatedly slammed for suggesting that his NBC theory might collapse if the Dunham-Obama marriage couldn't be proved or was bigamous. Leo suddenly became interested in proving the marriage existed via obtaining the HI index, which was a great investigative success when it was found.
While I have the highest respect for and interest in Leo's NBC research, Leo has "jumped the shark" on several occasions by overstating his conclusions relative to the "evidence".
Claiming "affirmation" based on "refusal to deny" and other Boolean gymnastics may be warranted in logic theory, but bureaucratic reality tends to be far more messy because of the human factor.

I do remember it, and I sent requests in as well. They were playing word games. Leo cleared his site because he is under retainer now. He has a pretty large number of clients he is representing, and so has to strictly limit what he puts up as his own opinions, in order not to give the incorrect perception that his opinions are that of his clients. He made a professional decision. I support that and completely understand.
The state of Hawaii revealed that they do have recordS, but did not reveal a single thing about what they were. Leo is literally working day and night on the Chrysler case. He just doesn’t have the time needed to nail down the DOH in Honolulu as well.
Besides, maybe if things go well he and pidgeon can get a subpoena for the records. That’s pure speculation on my part. I know nothing not already public about what Leo is working on. And thats how it should be. :)
