I like Dalmore with just a small splash of water.

My buddy drinks Belvienne(sp?) and I haven’t seen him order anything else. Anyone here try it?

Tried three vintages of The Balvenie, and prefer the Signature 12-year-old (although I wouldn't turn down a Doublewood or 15-year-old ever).
