Refusal to Authenticate is not a statement it is a fake. If it was a fake they would have said it was a fake.
If Obama’s numbers keep tanking, I think the dems, themselves, will come up with a birth certificate to disqualify Obama. It may not be authentic, but they will say it is and, of course, it would be from an anonymous source.
