Can’t tell where the video was taken he walks down some narrow corridor of concrete block building then up some steps where a group of kids are standing (waiting) apparently non-english speaking. Why the drama?

Wish I had it downloaded...not even one third down....Just went though a bunch of pictures of Nairobi the other evening....Mostly dated 1920s or so...BUt I’m sure there are others out there...Any large buildings.....THere is a very narrow street in Nairobi that is famous for it’s small gerth size and the masonry buildings around it....
