You're correct. However there are in fact two doctors on the main birth file--one doctor delivered the baby and one doctor signs the filing. I don't remember anything about the guy who signed the filing and it might very well have been Ang'Awa.
The doctor who delivered is a woman who worked for the British British Colonial Service.
Also, the time is contrary to my recollection—I remember a morning birth. But, that may not be accurate—I did not make a record.
