Birth Certificates Continue to be Used as “Breeder Documents” and are Easy to Obtain

If one so desired to create an alias and drop back into "the grid", the FIRST step is to start with a fake birth certificate! For those wishing to do so, there were ways to do so in the 80s and before -- just like a teenager might acquire a Fake ID to buy booze. With computers and cheap color printers, it's even easier today.

I looked up a copy of that image. At the top of the page the heading reads “Marriage Applications Births-—Deaths”. It would seem to me if there was a marriage application it would have been in the paper....
