I have my doubts that this is so, because of the legal ramifications, for whoever was responsible. Do I think a great many games were played with the JPEG image, to keep (especially) FReepers chasing their tails? Yes, I do. As far as a noncitizen, legal father, that cannot be hidden. But, that there have been strategies to deliberately muddy the water on this, of that I have no doubt.
