That is NOT a stupid question about the melons. I’ve wondered that myself! Actually they are not totally seedless — just by comparison. There are a few little white seeds in them that just seem left over by accident. I have no idea how the propagate them. They are small, though — not quite as big as a soccer ball.
seedless watermelon seeds are available on the internet, just google..they need about 80-85 degree soil to propogate..they are not cheap..they have yellow, red or orange inside fruit colors...some say a seeded type must be grown nearby to pollenate the seedles...
