Is there a photo of the brown card? How do we know the guy who wrote the article didn’t spell it Barack? Just because Okanda said a card belong to Obama doesn’t mean the guy who wrote the article didn’t misspell the name. right?
I get your point, BUT the fact that Joseph is substituted for the name YUSUF according to the ‘school records’ would indicate spelling of the names of students was anglizised.
And no, the actual record-card was not shown in the article.
