The clerk looks at the race of the father on the original and it says maybe something like “Negro”. She decides to use the modern day term of African.
NO. That is not true. The COLB is only a print-out of abbreviated facts on the long form. The clerk who printed this out in 2007 had ZERO decision making about what was on it. You are so wrong here.
