They may have had that address if SADO gave them that address in order for them to send BC to said address....She and Sr didn’t have an address if they had been in Kenya since their marriage. ANd she may not have had contact with her parents for a while to want them to have the information.
She could then just go into the office and get a duplicate or request one from Kenya.
Remember she was a practiced liar.....Returned mail at the post office may have an envelop addressed to her....Wonder how long they keep them before they are destroyed?
I think I read that the people who lived at that address for over 40 years died (one or both of them) around the time of the election. Just like O’s white grandma. Hmmmmm.
