I think you are correct. That the certified copy was signed over 5 1/2 month before he was born by deputy registar is very suspicious
It does, however, indicate to me that there really is something for them to fear.
Flooding public consciousness with “false alarms” is a tacit admission, is it not?
My original copy (the one my parents got at my birth) of my birth certificate was signed 5 days before I was born. It was just a typo, but gave me some problems even way back when. I eventually got a copy of my long form that is correct.
