Stop with the Senate resolution already. I see your point but it is a flawed resolution that has no force of law so why use it. Plus as I have pointed out before the senate is WRONG. McCain was not born on a military base (and a military base is NOT U.S. soil anyway) He was born in Colon PANAMA which was EXEMPTED from U.S. jurisdiction and NOT legally part of the Canal Zone. (which was NOT U.S. SOIL anyway)McCain is as ineligible to be president as Obama is. Maybe worse, because we HAVE seen McCain’s long form birth certificate.
I only brought it up to make a point with Mr. Dem there to the fallacy of his argument. I used the assumption; I didn’t say I agreed with it.
