prevent active-x or scripts from running at a paticular site by selecting
Tools, Internet options, click security tab, select restricted sites, click sites add: http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/?cat=3 click close, click
ok.

Now you can view it all you want.

As long as that is the real problem, and you can actually follow those steps (many, many users won’t be able to) then, great.
