[Canadian Outrage]

The Supreme Court so far doesn’t seem that interested and that disturbs me. No one who is such a blank slate as this man, should be able to skate through the process without showing who he really is and what his life consisted of. ie college records, medical records etc.

I dunno, something just stinks. I could produce my long form birth certificate in minutes and surely it makes one wonder why such a simple thing to do would be fought against for voraciously? The cost too???? I’m not satisfied myself. CO

The SCOTUS cases have not been dismissed but tabled. They have been tabled because, they had the wrong defendants and plaintiffs. If the Court had heard them they would have had to rule in BO favor, which they did not want to do.

All of the cases held the officials at the state level responsible. If argued in court they would have rightfully said that this was not in their job description. And BO would have said “I won”

When a valid case comes before the judicial system and a ruling is made against BO, they will take the cases off the table and rule on them.

It worries me just as much that no one cares to pursue it. Either they know something, or they are scared (of public opinion or other) to make an issue out of it.

I don’t like it either way.
