I have a web site and know there are ways to get into hidden files if you know their addresses but as far as gaining access to log files you have to have admin permission. I thought I'd ask as the learning never stops.

Well, there IS 1 way that I used to 'find' sites (younger years.. about 25 years ago).. command prompt FTP (between 300 Bd - 2400 bd modems)..
When the WWW started up, it was very easy to get onto a site if you knew Unix/Dos and FTP.
I gave up on that stuff about the time I came here (11 1/2 years ago). I am so far behind in that area.
