Check out this other thread. PA Engineer divided the Australian B.C. into 6 layers in Photopshop. Also the Deputy Registrar type is set over the signature.

Wow, quite the catch! I knew something was amiss with that bottom paragraph! Besides the sig, I looked a the "negative" of that section and as I posted before, it just leaps off the "creased" page.

I spent most of my time searching for names and coats of arms trying to find some link in the document. I never brought it in Photoshop until late tonight because PA Engineer and his daughter had the brilliant idea to try and divide the layers. Pretty damning evidence IMO.
