There are some on here who claim that even if he was born here, he is still not in the spirit of a NBC because he was born a citizen of Britain, then Kenya and remained so (by his own admission) until the age of 21. He also could be have been a citizen of Indonesia.

Personally though, I think the 14th amendment makes it pretty clear that if he was born here, he’s a citizen and even NBC.
