Hello PA Engineer.
You say you can "smell the ozone" because you can't find my quote at the link given.
You think I should be banned from FR because you can't find my citation? Isn't that a little extreme?
Where at your link does it say that? Before you answer I already visited there before my previous post.
Then your reading comprehension must be poor today, because somehow you missed it twice? The quote is exactly at the link I gave:
http://j-mydland.net/KUT/Kenya.htm
The quote is:
This card represents the typical tourist view of Kenya; wildlife.
Why are you reading a quote from a 1963 stamp that doesn't have the word "republic" on it? We are talking about the 1964 stamp with the word republic on it. The letter you chose is one mailed 11 months before the stamp even came out.
Scroll down and find the stamp in question for a letter mailed 1965.
Wow look it has the stamp we are talking about with "republic" on it! And the author even put the quote i listed, the one you said didn't exist so therefore I should be banned.
"Air mail envelope cancelled NAIROBI 4th February 1965, bearing the 1 Sh 30c stamp showing a Hartlaub's Turaco. This series of 5 was issued precisely a year after the first series; 12th December 1964, and was to commemorate the Inauguration of Republic. The machine cancellation says "Shop by Telephone", and was probably the early 60's answer to nowadays comp"
I wonder if you have enough class to apologize?
You might reconsider saying "I smell the ozone" reflexively on ordinary discussions...
