Relevance would be that the one he showed on FactCheck and Kos both were dated 2007. So, I guess we could say where is the relevance for that one?

If I ordered one of my childrens birth certificates today it would be dated 2009 with information of their birth in 199* which was the year that they were born.

How do we know she requested a copy of BHO's birth certificate for her divorce proceedings? The divorce was uncontested, so she wouldn't have needed any documentation.
