I think before the court will authorize discovery on this issue he’ll let the defendants attorneys file a response with the court. And they’ll have to respond in case its a real BC.

As others have said, it all sounds good, I just wish she had verified it and knew what was going on before making it public.
You are correct. She showed her hand too soon. She should have had all her bases covered first, including proof of the Kenyan register coraborating (sp?) her "new" BC doc.
