When you increase the size, unless you have really good (and expensive) software, it will tend to make the text less resolute...though bigger.

Either way, this "document" (which ios probably not authentic) serves to show how important an original long form is, so that it can be handled physically and examined by 3rd party professionals.

That is an easy thing to provide, and something someone should be proud to provide, yet Obama has not.
