I disagree, I believe Ann would have shown Hawaiian officials Obos Hawaiian BC if necessary in order to try anc keep custody. I don’t know any court cases where BC’s of children are presented unless their is a dispute. I think the divorce was uncontested and OBo Sr was at Haaarvard.

That's quite likely the case.

The question is, who besides Stanley Ann or BHO, Sr. would have requested the certificate in February 1964? And assuming one of them did request it, how, then, did it find its way to Orly Taitz? The only explanation I can think of is, her lawyer requested it on her behalf, and it got left behind in a file for someone to find.
