That was my first position on the matter. The pesky lawyer in me came up with the other position. I believe it would be better for the Country if it fell to Biden because it is going to be a hell of a shock anyway. Having it change the party in the office would be seen as a Coup d'etate.

I think Biden would tap Hillary as VP and as I said, I think she would kill him and eat his head like a good Black Widow does.

As someone suggested earlier, the only appropriate choice for Biden's VP is Al Franken.

I look at it like an addiction. You have to hit bottom before you can admit the problem and start recovery. Just imagine Biden giving the State of the Union address with Franken smirking over his shoulder.
