Wasn't this particular document signed on Feb 1964 which is after Kenya became a Republic?

Document was apparently executed after Kenya gained independence in Dec., 1963 and officially became a republic in Dec., 1964.

So the question is what was printed on official government documents during the transition? Time and research will tell.

We need Kenyans with 1964 birth certificates to come forward.
