This is an interesting observation. Any independent FR confirmations of this possible?

I haven't found a full set of Schmutz, but the 4 in the ones I found has an open top. The typewritten text in the document has closed-top 4's. So it is surely not Schmutz.

In Mexico, it would be good enough to issue this person a PASSPORT. Someone needs to clarify to ALL of us, ONCE and for all. Otherwise there is no credence of reason to believe anything else HE says.
