Perhaps they should on one level but on another we may have a fraud who just happens to be trying to destroy our freedom in the White house surrounded by thugs and kleptocrats taking possession of vast swaths of the American economy and a couple of months needed for legal certainty, is alot of patience to ask when someone could put the lie to this by simply releasing their records that should have been released a year ago.
You are living in a dream world if you think that anyone should tolerate the obstruction and intimidation of the people's right to know if the President is a criminal. This document isn't the justification for these pieces of information to be released. It is just another straw on the camel's back.

the real questions mount in the years after his birth. His Indonesian citizenship may never have been resolved, and Indonesia as opposed to Kenya and Great Brittan does not allow dual citizenships. His possible status as a Foreign Student at Occidental College and perhaps even Columbia? Harvard? also tend to raise eyebrows not to mention the some 39 Social Security numbers that Barack Hussein Obamas seem to have around the United States. Folks weren't aware how common that name was.
It is not a single piece of evidence, but rather the consistent growing pattern of consistent evidence of which this is but another piece that matters.

I wonder if the Supreme Court is looking at this Kenyan birth certificate issue, if they are looking at it at all.
It could be having a few chuckles as their first personal response is it must be an April's Fool Joke, and so it must be a fake.
On the other hand, if I were a member of the Supreme Court, I wouldn't dismiss the Kenyan birth certificate issue so quickly.
I would wait until an expert declared it a fake or not a fake.
If it is NOT a fake, then the Supreme Court---the one with a newly appointed Supreme Court justice---will have to make some very difficult and soul-searching decisions as the justices enter uncharted areas of the law and decide what to do with Obama.
