Kibaki is still the president of Kenya. Odinga is the prime minister. Kabaki is still in charge, and he has no use for Obama or his islamocommunist cousin.

Not sure that Odinga is “current ruler in Kenya”, though he has some power. It would depend upon which tribe has control of the birth registry, if in fact it hasn't been destroyed by years of civil warfare in the interim.
