From what I can see, the first word is “case” and then a whole bunch of numbers, then what looks like “judge” and more numbers and then possibly “filed” and more numbers.
When you go on PACER (the federal court case system), that is the standard case document info text overlay, placed on the top of a case document that is being displayed. See my link at #259 how anyone can sign up and look for yourselves.
