Presented with the conundrum that the Kenyan had written to his father from Hawaii to inform the family he had married a woman named Anna Toot, what else could Ayres do but try to turn Madelyn Dunham into Toot and tell us it's simply the phonetic of tutu... and the student, Ann S Obama, listed in the Polk directory, was her daughter, not a tenant.

According to the family, Obama's father travelled to America to study at the University of Hawaii in 1959. While there, he worked for an oil company and married his second wife, a white woman, named Anna Toot, and their union produced Barack Obama Jr.
