When I went to Hawaii one of my tasks was to research this accident of Bari. There were no reports in either news paper, no police log reports, no nothing. When I went to the police station to ask for the report I was told that if I wasn't Bari himself I needed to leave. I intended to visit the arresting officer but never was able to contact him while I was there.

The question remains, was Barrington Hughh Smith, born in Kingston Jamaica 10.28.1959 who changed his name to Bari Malik Shabazz 3.18.1974 - the same Bari Shabazz who had a motor accident in Hawaii?
