(1) Doesn't the fact that his name appeared at all in an IMMIGRATION data base indicate that he was an immigrant, hence not a natural born citizen?

(2) What's with the "Dartmouth College A.B." and "Columbia University J.D."? All the previous indications had him getting his A. B. from Columbia and his J. D. from Harvard. How could he have possibly become editor of the Harvard Law Review (as indicated in several contemporaneous news stories) if he was at Columbia Law School? Could there have been more than one BO?

(3) And what does the "Seattle, Washington" on the top line of the Immigration data form indicate? To the best of our knowledge, he lived in Seattle as a baby but not since.
