I am having trouble tracking it down but I believe this hire was done a long time ago. And some judges don’t even get involved with the hiring of clerks....and it appears Carter was not involved in this hire...but I am still looking.
Bump so that I can find this again. I read elsewhere that Leo Donofrio is going to stop posting about this issue while he pursues another avenue. He didn’t explain. He did say that it appears that the Founding Fathers and Natural Born Citizen and the Constitution have been thrown under the bus (my words).
