She is reaffirming that plaintiffs have standing, the thrust of the MTD by the defendants, based on Lands decision. interesting angle but it seems relevant to me.

My only comment is that she seems to be somewhat disorganized. One would have thought that she would have gotten things notarized and buttoned down a long time ago. She has withdrawn from the case in Georgia because Capt. Connie Rhodes did not want to continue. She says that this will free her to concentrate on Judge Carter in CA (hearing on Monday.)
