But the question must be asked: Why did Pelosi sign two different certification forms when the all inclusive one that was sent to Hawaii would have worked for all states? And, regardless of what wording a particular state may have required, it was her responsibility to insure that Article II was being upheld in all cases because her oath of office required nothing less. Do you suppose she would argue that as the DNC Convention Chair, she didn’t have to follow her Congressional oath?

There definately appears to be an anomoly as to her signature on the certification form containing the Constitutional language. The writing appears forced, rough and unnatural. Her signature on the other certification appears much more free flowing and natural. What do you suppose that means?

That is a very interesting question. I think it would be safe to assume that the papers were signed at the same time. In other words they know the laws and when the time came to sign certification papers they were all in order and ready to be signed. So one would expect the same signature. On the other hand maybe she didn't know she had to sign two different certs and someone from the BHO campaign had to fill in on that one states certification....hmmm eyebrow raised
