Stanley Ann was nursing BO when she visited her friend in Seattle at age three weeks.
Breast-feeding was not really “in” back in 1967. I decided to do it in 1969 with my first child but I felt like I was doing something very “radical” at the time. I didn’t know anyone else, even my hospital room-mate, who was doing it. Could this use of the word “nursing” be a bit of revisionism by Blake? I am not saying this to favor any theory that Anne was not his mother but just because I am skeptical of Blake’s using the term.
