Compare Davis's face to the following baby picture of Barry Dunham:

Would the letter to the Hawaiian hospital qualify as him asserting he was born in Hawaii?

IMO, when looking backwards at the facts surrounding that letter (all THREE versions really), I think Abercrombie made up the original "letter" that he read before the crowd on Jan. 24 -- he's a good friend of the new president and wanted to brag and saw no harm in doing so.

Later when discovered in the lie (in May-June) by WND, the White House covered for Obama's friend, generating the "real" letter released (created after the fact) by the White House in June. Note that Gibbs still dodges questions about this letter...

In re-constructing those events, here's how it might have happened (yeah, another timeline):

Jan. 24 - Abercrombie give the speech at the Kapi‘olani Medical Center 100 year anniversary gala. There REALLY is NO letter. He writes the statement himself, perhaps based upon a much prior conversation with Obama, possibly generating the letter WITHOUT his permission.

Feb. 15 - approximately deadline for Inspire Magazine, published by The Foundations of Hawaii Pacific Health. They'd like a copy of the letter to appear in their spring edition on a related story about the gala. It's unclear if their editor creates the letter that appears or , but likely does. This is probably the FIRST actual letter (LETTER #1).

March - the letter is re-created again, this time by the webmaster of the Kapi’olani Medical Center website. The webmaster probably does not have a copy of the letter that appeared in the newsletter, so he re-creates his own. It stayed up until it was removed from the website in the first week of July (LETTER #2).

July 17, 2009 - after numerous requests by World Net Daily, Kapi’olani Medical Center is likely “supplied” a copy of the letter by the White House, AFTER THE FACT, that more or less matches the letter published in the magazine (LETTER #3).

It's CYA time for all involved — Abercrombie, Kapi’olani Medical Center & Obama. The hospital then releases the letter to WND. BTW, according to WND, White House Spokesman Gibbs STILL does not want to talk about any of the letters.

rotated - Obama Kapi'olani Letter, Inspire Magazine, Spring 2009 From archived website - Obama Kapi'olani Letter, Inspire Magazine, Spring 2009 cropped and laid flat - WND - Obama Kapi'olani Letter

The third and first letters SHOULD match, but they don't!:

I believe in one of his books he said he was 8 pounds two ounce thus full term...according to a natality report I read most full terms are between 38 and 39 weeks with blacks being on the 39 week side. Where he got that info I don’t know I don’t see weight on the nordyke twins BC, maybe confidential or hospital records? I do know records are kept of birth weight.

It is definitely Christmas time and the visible record album looks like a black guy on the jacket. She would be a two months pregnant at this time.

Here is a link full of conjecture about Frank Marshall Davis possibly being Obama's real father

Look at the pictures!

Re: FMD pictures. They look like father and son to me. My head aches and my eyes are spinning from reading about all of this. I just don't know how we got this person who is trying to dismantle our country?

But, I have to say that I didn't believe in Communists either -- until I moved to Berkeley and lived amongst them. Nobody believes you when you tell them, but I saw it. A lot of it made no sense.

One photo does look like the head is proportionally smaller but I can’t see anything out of place with the shadows in any of them. She had very narrow shoulders. Btw the pics are “naughty” not “haughty”.

I went to the page I’d saved the links from and discovered where I had read the conjecture re having been taken in Davis’ apartment. If you want, you could email the site owner and ask him if he trusts the genealogical researcher that emailed them to him.

Here’s the URL:

From the UK Telegraph: The book, which closely tracks Mr Davis’s life in Chicago and Hawaii and the fact that his first wife was black and his second white, describes in lurid detail a series of shockingly sordid sexual encounters, often involving group sex.

One chapter concerns the seduction by Mr Davis and his first wife of a 13-year-old girl called Anne.

I ‘m not sure about the ear lobes. The pictures of Davis are too fuzzy, but Barack Jr’s don’t match Barack Sr’s. But earlobes are a very telling sign. All of my children’s ears match their father’s. LOL.

Has Obama - HIMSELF - ever said he was *BORN* in Hawaii, or has he just used his proxies to perpetuate this?

Never heard him actually say so, no.

The one place he may have, would be in 'Dreams From My Father' - written while his mother was still alive IIIRC. If the question of his PLACE of birth is NOT mentioned in that book, then I imagine who-ever wrote it had good reason to leave it out.

Who has a copy?

“...Elizabeth Mooney Kirk, an international literacy pioneer, was named in Barack Obama’s book, Dreams from My Father, as a key supporter of his father’s dream to come to the U.S. She helped to line up scholarships, including the one awarded by the Laubach Literacy Fund...”

Barack Sr. was being paid by a key member of the Laubach Literacy Institute (LLI). The LLI had links to the Nation of Islam and embraced a Pan-African styled philosophy. Pan-Africanism is a sociopolitical world view, and philosophy, as well as a movement, which seeks to unify both native Africans and those of the African descent, as part of a “global African community”. This separatist style philosophy was embraced by Malcolm X and the NOI and is still being preached at Trinity Church in Chicago famously by former leader Rev. Wright (Obama Jr’s pastor for 20 years). LLI’s even more ambitious goal was to make the concept of sovereign nations with borders obsolete. This would be done through “peaceful social change” as stated on their website.

“...Didn’t press sec. Gibbs say something recently (in the context of BO’s birth certificate) about DNA testing? What was that all about?”

Yes, he did.See video. Very strange statement, I see it as a classical ‘Freudian Slip’ made by someone who knows the paternity question is out there...and is worried about it.
