And since Kenya was then under British rule, a copy, if legit,of this information should be on file in England. I had read somewhere, someone actually went to wherever these records are kept and asked to see Obummer’s birth record, and was refused and was told it was being kept private, or something to that effect.
This birth notice, signed by Lavender, was produced way, way back when Obummer was elected. I personally believe it may be valid. I know it was reported someone who at the time was investigating it in Kenya, ended up in prison and had a heck of a time getting out of jail and returning to the U.S.

That document to which you refer belonged to a resident of South Australia, someone with access to the family genealogy website belonging to the BOMFORD family downloaded the document and altered it.
