Let me explain, N-S is essentially a copperhead with a guilt complex. He is a constitutionalist, even if the Constitution has been raped by the left and brought us to the brink of Marxism/socialism he, and others(neo-Yankees) still bow at the alter of Federalism. He also believes that if a state(s) begs like little school girls and ask permission they can leave this abysmal union that was “preserved” 140 years ago by his misguided ancestors.
