Actually, we do know and if you did as much so called research as you claim you would know, too. A hollywood special effects/make up man created the whole thing as a hoax. It was pretty obvious from the video it was a rubber dummy they were operating on and he and his friends admitted they did it all as a prank. Sure worked on you UFO nuts. You only had to see the men wearing chemical suits to know something was up.
Unless of course, the Oligarchy one worlders forced him to claim it was him just to cover up the fact it was a real alien.
