I’m tellin ya, if you look at post #66, I truly believe your pulse will accelerate and your cardiovascular system will be exercised. This is what I’m thinking the pic does. Gives us a good inside working out, thereby making us women stay ‘younger’. ;-D I’ve already sent that pic to other women, who will definitely appreciate the timeless exercise. heh heh heh
