Morning! Back from gymnastics, the bank, and the library. I had to get a money order to pay for Frank’s birth certificates from the state. No personal checks accepted - but you can pay cash if you want to wait in line at the office in Raleigh.
My opinion of the Vital Records department is only slightly better than my opinion of the DMV.
