With no hat, Phil looks like that old kids toy with the bald guy with the metal shavings inside it and it came with a magnet so you could give him different hair styles. ROFLMAO!!!
I never had patience for that thing. I just smeared his magnet "hair" all over his face and threw it in the corner :)

I never had patience for that thing. I just smeared his magnet "hair" all over his face and threw it in the corner :)LOL!! I always just ignored the face underneath and made my own designs. It was such a boring toy. It was like an early crappy Etch-A-Sketch. Actually, I wasn't very good with the Etch-A-Sketch either. I always had some grand design in mind, but everything just ended up looking like stairs.
