When you consider the budget of NYC, and the responsibilities of the office of Mayor, such as running the Police Dept, Fire Dept, Schools, Hospitals, Sanitation, Higher Education (Colleges, Junior Colleges, Universities, Medical schools), it is more like running an entire country.
Just ask (O.K., some of them are dead) Hitler, Pol Pot, Castro, Stalin, etc.
Let RINO-rudy run for mayor or governor of some liberal, northeast corridor hell-hole, but KEEP HIM OUT OF NATIONAL POLITICS where he is NOT wanted and does NOT belong.
