Why are you no longer floating the story that the drug smuggler shot himself? Considering that no ballistics tests matched the bullet in your buddy the drug msuggler's ass, to either Agents' weapon it's possible that the round came from either Aldrete's gun or somebody elses. Not likely but possible. Of course, when you are biased and want to see Border Patrol Agents go to prison conclusive evidence really isn't a priority in your opinion.
