I think your "fake" definition is closer to the fantasies of the anti-evo I have in mind than mine.
But, I think my "fraud" definition more closely matches the delusions of this particular anti-evo. The starting point for this anti-evo's anti-science assertions is that all of those skulls are in some way like Piltdown Man.
